Brownies with black beans

Ingredients
1 cup of black bean puree1/4 cup of coco powder1/4 cup of apple puree1/4 cup of Graham crumbles2 eggs1 tea spoon of vanilla2 table spoon of vegetable oil3/4 cup of brown sugar1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Directions
Makes 12 Brownies.

Preheat the oven at 350F.

In one bowl, with a wooden spoon, put together the black bean puree, the coco, the apple puree and the Graham crumbles.

Set aside.

Then, in another bowl mix together the eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar.

Then, take this batch and mix it with the previous one. Incorporate then the walnuts.

Pour in a greased cake pan than cook in the oven at 350F for 40 minutes. Do not overcook; the brownies will harden as they will cool afterwards. Cut the brownies in squares once they will have completely cooled.
