Cucumber salad

Ingredients
* Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips* Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Slice the cucumber and the pepper (you can use any color of pepper). Finely slice the onion (can use red). Also, you can add some garlic. Add the vinegar, some salt and herbs according to taste. Makes 2 large servings.
