Gluten-Free Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 225 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 200 grams (remove)*Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, .33 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 2.5 tbsp (remove)*President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)*Campbell's Vegetable Broth, 0.5 cup (remove)Sour Cream, .25 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
•Mix flour, salt, and pepper, and coat the chicken.
•Melt the butter in a frying pan. Then add in the chicken and cook until light golden. Mix in the mushrooms, onions, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
•Mix in mustard, paprika, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
•Add in the sour cream and yogurt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
•Serve over the hot cooked GF Noodles of your choice
