110g Carbquik, 44g casein powder, 28g splenda, 38g bran, 50g whey powder, 94g ground flax seed, 50g olive oil and 32g Davinci sugar free almond syrup, and water to make smooth batter.
Directions
Bake 25minutes @ 350F in muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins.
