Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 slices rye bread2 slices white bread1 cup water1 medium onion. chopped1 lb ground beef, extra lean1 egg, slightly beaten1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp salt4 parsley sprigs, chopped3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese2 tablespoons butter or margarineoregano
Directions
Soak bread slices in water, mash with a fork when softened. Combine onion, gr beef, egg. pepper, salt, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350 -375 degrees.
