Protein Powder & Tofu Pancakes

Ingredients
Protein powder (Trader Joe's soy) 4 scoops Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tbspSalt, 1 dash (1/8 tsp or less)Baking Soda, 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Organic Firm Tofu, 18 oz (1 block)Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
Directions
Mix the powder & dry ingredients together. Then mix the tofu, oil, & milk together.

If the mixture seems too loose or soggy, add more flour.

Makes 4 2-pancake servings (or 8 1-pancake servings for 1/2 serving)

Top with berries for an added sweetness.
