Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup Romano Cheese, 1 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, .25 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Flour, white, .5 cup
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs (mixed w/ milk) and bread crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375 for 30 min and turn a few times.
