* Pizza Crust Dough, 250 grams or make your own dough; * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup plus aromatic herbs; * Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced ; * Swiss Cheese, 1 cup, shredded; * Mushrooms, canned, 250 grams; * black olives , 10; * red pepper, 2 cups ;
The simplest pizza: get the already prepared dough, toss the sauce on it , add the ham , mushrooms and cheese and you are done. It's ready in 15 min tops and servers 4 big portions or 8 small ones. You can also add a lot of veggies to it depending on what's available.
