Granny's Buttermilk Waffles (modified)

1 3/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 eggs1 3/4 cup milk2 Tbsp lemon juice1/3 cup plain fat free yogurt
Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, lemon juice and yogurt, mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix together. Cook using waffle iron. Makes about 8 waffles on my belgian waffle iron.
