    Tastey, but didn't need the sugar at all in my opinion. I would go with a little less banana too, but thats a personal preference.
    Also it was too thick for my blender. I added a little fat free milk to thin it out. - 11/3/08

    I made a few changes. I used vanilla protein powder, non fat plain yogurt, 2 TBS sugar free maple syrup and skim milk as I did not have OJ. - 10/24/07
