Pancakes - Whole Wheat with Protein Powder, Oats Banana & Blueberries

Ingredients
DRY:3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oats 2 scoops whey protein powder (I used 1 choc/1 vanilla)1 packet truvia1/2 tsp (I used less) salt1 tsp baking sodaWET:1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)2 eggs2 Tbsp melted "butter" (smart balance, margarine, etc)Lemon juice ... few drops to tasteSpices:Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cardamom to tasteFruit:2 Under-ripe bananas, sliced1/2 cup frozen blueberries(Could add chopped apple, other frozen fruit, nuts, etc)
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients, including spices (sorry ... I tend to not measure)
Whisk wet ingredients
Make a "well" - add wet to dry
Stir in Banana
Drop batter onto prepared griddle - a 3/4 of the way full 1/4 cup measuring cup works well
Press down - they're a bit thick
Add blueberries to taste after putting batter on griddle
Made 12 pancakes
