Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Ham steak, Navy beans, Chicken stock
Directions
3cups chopped onion, 2 cups chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped celery, 3 cups Navy beans, 2 Ham steaks, 3 cups chopped cabbage. 8 cups stock. various seasonings. Saute veg. til tender,add seasonings while sauteing veg. add ham cook 10 min more add beans and broth....cook 15 min til all yummy. makes 8 2 cup servings
