Baked Oatmeal Vegan

Ingredients

3 Cups Oats1 tsp Baking PowderHeaping tablespoon cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/3 Cup molassess1/3 cup canned pumpkin1 tsp Vanilla3 tbsp flax (ground)1 cup golden raisins
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine the dry ingredients first (mix thoroughly) and slowly incorporate the wet ingredients, stirring until it is a thick batter (should pour slowly but should NOT be mold-able like clay)
Spread into a 9-inch pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until a fork comes out clean.
This should be eaten in slices and can have milk poured on top or a pat of butter :)
