Refried Beans - 1/2 cup

Ingredients
2 lb bag of dry pinto beans1/2 Green Pepper1 Small White Onion5 Slices of Cheddar Cheese (Or 5 servings of shredded)
Directions
Boil Sorted Beans & Green Pepper together with any spices that you choose until they are thoroughly soft (many hours or in crock pot). Once Done, Drain off beans & reserve liquid. Process Beans adding reserved liquid as needed. Mix in chopped onion & Melt in cheese. Then Reheat on stove careful not to burn
