Ingredients
1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax meal1 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon cornstarch2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg3 cups unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup golden raisins
Directions
preheat oven to 325
Mix all dry ingredients then add raisins and applesauce. Bake in a lightly greased rectangular pan for 45-50 min.
