Ingredients
2 cups flour 3/4 cups sugarDash salt. Mix dry ingredients.Add 1 cup milk and mix into paste.Add 14 eggs or egg substitute.1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup oilAdd more milk, another 1/2 - 1 cup to make a food batter.Cook on med. Hot griddle. I use a cast iron round griddle. This recipe is from my dad living in France.
Directions
Recipe makes about 20, using 1/3 cup batter on a 10 in. Griddle. Cook until edges brown, flip and cook other side about 10 seconds.
