2/3 c EVOO1/2 c Sugar1/4 c Vinegar (any type you prefer)2 packets chicken flavor Ramen Noodles1 pound shredded cabbage (pkged)2 bunches sliced scallions1 cup sunflower seeds1 cup sliced almonds
mix together oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packets from ramen noodles. let sit overnight, stirring occasionally. next day, in large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add oil mixture and stir well. Let stand on counter stirring occasionally or serve immediately. Noodles will soften the longer it stands.
