10 tbsp Good Oil (or other hemp oil)3 tbsp cider vinegar1 crushed clove of garlic1 tsp salt1 tbsp mustard (I like whole grain)
Put all the ingredients in a jar and shake well. One serving is one tbsp. Keeps for at least a week in the fridge. Feel free to sub lemon juice for the vinegar if you prefer.
