Ingredients
1 Jiffy Cake Mix box ( I used yellow, but others could probably be used) .25 cup egg beater 1/6 cup unsweetened applesaucecinnamon ( optional)
mix by hand
I added some cinnamon ( I love cinnamon)
I used a small melon baller to put mixture on to parchment paper and cookie sheet
bake @8-9 min. in 350 oven
divide total calories ( 1130) by # of cookies you made to get calorie value of each cookie. Mine came out making 17 cookies.
