Paulette Multi-Grain Bread

Ingredients
yeast. flour, water, sugar, salt, oil, eggs, molasses, wholewheat flour, multi-grain flour, flax seed ground, oatmeal, white flour
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon yeast with .25 cup of flour, mix well.
Add 4 cups of warm warm.
add sugar, salt. Then add oil and eggs, mix well
Add molasses, Stir.
Add wholewheat, multi-grain and flax, mix well.
Add oatmeal, mix well.
Add white flour, mix well adding more until a little sticky but can handle.
Knead well, grease a bowl with oil put dough to rise for 1 hour bunching down every half hour.
Divide evenly, form into loaves, put into greased bread pans,
cover and let rise for about 1 hour. Makes 5 loaves
