Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
* Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup * Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, boneless * Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup * White Wine, .25 cup
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook chx until brown on both sides, 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove chicken, pour white wine into skillet and allow to boil as you allow to dissolve the cooked bits from the bottom of the pan.
Add lemon juice and allow to boil. Cook for a few minutes until reduced by 1/2. Sprinkle cubed butter into boiling sauce. Shake pan vigorously to dissolve butter.
Once butter is completely incorporated remove from heat and stir in capers.
