Sausage Beans

Ingredients
2 32 oz. cans Van Camp's Pork & Beans1 lb ground sausage1 large onion, chopped1 cup (dark) brown sugar1/2 tsp powdered ginger1 tsp dried mustard1 tsp salt
Directions
Brown the sausage and onion together. Mix in all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degree F for 1 hour uncovered in a 3 liter casserole dish.

Alternatively it can be cooked in the crock pot/slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
