Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder2 tbsp cornstarch3/4 cup Splenda1 tsp salt1 3/4 cups 2% milk1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 pat butter, salted
Directions
Thoroughly combine first 4 dry ingredients in saucepan. Stir in milk until smooth. Heat on medium stirring constantly for appx 10 minutes or until mixture just comes to a boil. Gently simmer, stirring, until desired thickness achieved. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and butter. Quickly pour into individual serving dishes. Immediately cover (with lid or plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming). Refrigerate until cold or enjoy warm. Makes 3 - 1 cup servings.
