Low Carb Sausage Crust Quiche

Ingredients
12 oz Sausage, ground Italian6 Large Eggs1 cup heavy whipping cream1 tsp Garlic Salt1 package frozen spinach, thawed, drained6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1/2 cup Green Peppers chopped1/2 cuo Onions chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 deg. F (190 C)

1. Press sausage into a glass pie pan including the sides.
2. Cook in oven for 6 minutes or just until pink color starts to turn.

3. While crust is cooking, Mix eggs, cream and garlic salt.

4. Take crust out of oven and use a paper towel to pat dry any pooling grease.

5. Put a thin layer of cheese on the bottom of the crust. This will act as a glue to hold the ingredients to the crust.

6. Add drained, separated spinach, green peppers and onions spreading evenly.

7. Add most of the remaining cheese - leaving some for the top.

8. Evenly poor egg mixture.

9. Top with remaining cheese.

10. Bake at 375F (190 C) for about 50 minutes - or until a butter knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Makes 8 pie slice servings.
