Lean Turkey Mushroom Italian Burgers

Ingredients
Ingredients:Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz Kale, 2 cup, chopped finelyOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloves dicedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp Tomato Sauce, .5 cup Parsley, .33 cup dicedBasil, 2 leaves dicedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup pieces dicedyellow, red or orange pepper. 1/4c. dicedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop all vegetables fairly finely so they blend together and hold. Add rest of ingredients, blend well, form into patties. Make sure you use a non-stick pan and non-stick spray so the cheese doesn't stick to the pan. Also, be sure to preheat the pan.
