Butter-Rich Roll & Bread Dough for bread machine

Ingredients
1 c water1/4 c sugar1 large egg, beaten2 T butter3/4 t salt4 c bread flour1 T dry milk (optional)1 1/2 t active dry yeast
Directions
put all ingredients in bread machine pan except yeast. Tap down firmly to level. Add yeast. Insert in to bread machine, set on dough setting. When machine is done, remove dough. On slightly floured surface shape dough in to a ball. Cut in to quarters. Cut each quarter in to 6 pieces. Shape in to balls. Place in lightly greased pan. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Place in oven and bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes.
