Joy Bauer's Vanilla Pumpkin Pudding

8 oz non-fat vanilla yogurt½ cp canned 100% pure pumpkin puree (no added sugar)1 Tbsp slivered almonds or chopped walnutsdash cinnamon
Directions
In a small bowl, blend or layer the yogurt and pumpkin.

Top with nuts and cinnamon.
