Batter: cooking spray1.5 cups all-purpose flour2 envelopes Fleishmann's RapidRise yeast.25 cup sugar.25 tsp salt.66 cup skim milk, heated for 1 minute in microwave.25 cup unsalted butter, melted1 eggTopping:4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened.75 cup packed brown sugar1.5 tsp cinnamon
Mix all batter ingredients in a 8x8 square glass baking dish, precoated with cooking spray. Let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine topping mixture in a small bowl with fork. Top batter evenly with cinnamon topping, poking into batter with fork. Place into a COLD oven, set temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before serving warm. Yield-8 servings
