Ingredients
Put them in your blender IN THIS ORDER!!! (the heavier fruit holds the spinach down & helps it blend the best)1 cup skim milk1/4 cup water1 scoop protein powder1 cup fresh spinach1 whole banana (6-7" long)1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
The whole blender makes about 1.5-2 servings, depending on how much you want to drink.

You can pour the extra into a cup & freeze it for the next day :)
