Beans, black, 2.5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*Fry's Cocoa, 4 tbsp (remove)*Windsor Table Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Espresso Optional for flavor
Directions
Use the blender or magic bullet for all ingredients. Grease an 8x8 pan pour in. Bake 30min at 350. ENJOY!

    These are fantastic. The only thing that some people might notice is the skin of the bean. I don't care much about that because the benefits of a sweet, gluten free treat is worth it. If you have someone craving brownies who is celiac, you should try this. - 6/6/13
