Ingredients
1 Small Yellow Onion Chopped2 Jalapeno Peppers Chopped1/2 of a Green Bell Pepper Chopped3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil1 can of tomatoes with green chilies4 cans of chicken broth1 can of tomato soup1 can of condensed corn2 Chicken Breasts2 Flour TortillasSalt to tastePepper to tasteCumin to tasteFrank's Hot Sauce to taste
Directions
Saute onion, jalapenos, and green bell pepper in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the bottom of a large soup pot.
Add canned items. Chicken broth first. Stir frequently.

In a separate pan, cook chicken in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Add chicken to soup.

Heat some vegetable oil in a small pot.
Cut flour tortillas into strips and fry them.

The soup is just as good without the fried tortillas. I'm sure that will probably add some calories. Also good with a little sour cream and mexican cheese blend, but this will also add calories.
