Wholewheat Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients
1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tbsp Sugar (or 6 tsp)3 tsp Baking Powderdash Salt2 cups 1% milk2 Eggs0.5 cup Applesauce
Directions
Combine dry ingredients together. Lightly beat the eggs and add with the milk and applesauce to the dry ingredients. Let mixture sit for a couple of minutes to let the baking powder work. Then fry on a nonstick griddle until bubbles form on the pancakes. Flip over until golden brown. Serve with syrup.

Makes 15 pancakes from about 1/3 c of batter.
