One Pan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 1.5 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cupBaking Soda, 2 tspSalt, 1 tsp Coffee, 2 cupCanola Oil, .25 cupCider Vinegar, .25 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbspVanilla Frosting, 1 can
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients with a fork in a regular cake pan. Make 3 wells in it. Put oil in one, vanilla in one and vinigar in the last. Pour coffee over the whole thing. Stir well to mix making sure to get most of the lumps out. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Test in center with a tooth pick after 35 minutes. Let cool, frost and enjoy
