Ingredients
Steel Cut OatsSumflower seeds, no saltAlmonds, toasted and choppedCinnamonSplenda or TruviaDried Fruit to taste (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc)
Directions
Serving size 1/4 cup

To toast almonds, spread on cookie sheet, bake at 275 degrees until you can smell them or you hear them sizzle. Mix all dry ingredients & store in glass container up to 2 weeks.
