Ingredients
3 - 11oz cans Mexican style corn, drained1 - 4oz can diced green chilies, drained1 - 8oz container sour cream1 - jalapeño pepper, chopped3/4 cup mayonnaise10oz shredded cheddar cheeseAdd red pepper to taste
Directions
Mix and serve with corn chips or tostitos scoops.

For best results make the night before the event to let all the flavore infuse the dip!

    Really like this. I just changed by using low fact mayo and sour cream, omitted the jalapeno and used cumin to taste instead of red pepper. Thanks! - 3/20/13
