PB Apple Dip

Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1Tbsp honey
Directions
Measure and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with sliced apples or other fruit or even carrots and celery.

Can cut the honey if you want, but I find it is just sweet enough without being sugary.
I like to measure the dip out into little Gladware containers that have lids--then kids (and me) help themselves to just the right amount. 1/4 cup is also just about right for 1 apple!

Makes 6 1/4 cup servings.
