Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 c soy sauce1/3 c sherry1 clove garlic4 4 oz pieces salmon1/3 c brown sugar2 T honey2 t canola oil
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in ziploc bag. Add salmon & marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove fish from marinade, reserving 3 T of marinade. Combine reserved marinade with brown sugar, honey & oil. Cook over medium heat until it boils and sugar dissolves.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill salmon 4-5 minutes on each side. Baste with mixture & serve with marinade.
