Rumbamel's BBQd Pork Butt in the Crock

Ingredients
-3 lbs. pork butt sliced and as much of the fat removed as possible( Mine was pre-sliced from the butcher)-1 can, 12 oz Coke Zero-1 1/2 C chopped onions (I use white all the time)-1 1/4 C Cattleman's Classic BBQ sauce-1/2 C ketchup-1/4 C packed light brown sugar
Directions
--Put your meat in the crockpot and then top with your onions. In a small bowl mix your soda, brown sugar, ketchup and BBQ sauce together and then pour over the top of the meat.

--Cover and cook on LOW for at least 7 hours untouched, but you could go more. I did about 8 hrs.

--Makes about 10 1/2 C or 21 servings of 1/2 C each.
