Peanut Not so fried brown rice

Ingredients
* *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove) * Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove) * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove) * Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove) * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp (remove) * Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), 2 packet (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove) * Garlic, 2 clove (remove) * Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cut carrots length wise ans saute in nonstick spray, about 10 minutes, remove and add oil, onions, garlic and ginger until caramelized. Add vegetables and stir for 1 minute, add rice, stir for 1 minute, add peanut butter and teriyaki sauce and stir all ingredients together. Move stirfry to the side of the pan and ad egg, scramble and then mix in with the rice. Voila
