low fat sugar cookies

Ingredients
0.5 cup, pureed Great Northern BeansBanana, fresh, 1 small (kind of broken up or mashed)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 CEgg whites, 2 servingGranulated Sugar, .25 cup *Splenda, 1/2 C *Flour, white, 2 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp lemon flavored frosting, 12 tbsp (about)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine beans, banana and butter. Cream. Add eggs, sugar, soda, sour cream and vanilla, blend. Slowly add flour. Batter will be very thick. I used two small spoons to put them on a large cookie sheet. They look really small, but puff up pretty good as they cook. Drizzle the frosting on them right out of the oven and let cool. enjoy!
