Ann's Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Cooked Wild Rice2 cans Cream of Potato Soup1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup1 12oz pkg Bacon - Cut into chunks1/2 Large Onion1 pint Half and Half2 cups Milk
Directions
Fry bacon with onion until cooked. Combine all ingredients and simmer. DO NOT BOIL!
