1/3 cup canned pineapple chunks with juice1 small apple1/4 cup fresh (or fresh) blueberries1 tsp of fresh ginger - grated1 cup frozen (or fresh) kale1 cup frozen (or fresh) spinach1 cup ice cubesstevia (5 drops or to taste)
Core apple and cut into 8ths
Suggest that you put berries, pineapple and apple in the blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients
Cooks best if spinach and kale are frozen.
