Roasted broccoli with garlic, pine nuts, parmesan & lemon

Ingredients
2 bunches (roughly 4-5 pounds) broccoli, cut into florets and dried thoroughly.3 T olive oil (2 used when tossing, one for afterward)1.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp pepper4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced3 T toasted pine nuts1/3 cup grated parmesan1/2 lemon (you will use juice and zest)2 T julienned fresh basil.
Directions
1.) Preheat the oven to 425.

2.) Wash broccoli, cut into florets and dry thoroughly.

3. Put broccoli on a cookie sheet. Toss with 2 T olive oil, 1.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper.

4. Roast 10 minutes, then add the garlic. Roast another 10-15 minutes, until crisp-tender with some browned spots on the florets.

5. Add 1 T more olive oil, pine nuts and parmesan. Zest lemon over the broccoli and squeeze lemon juice to taste. Add 2 T julienned fresh basil. Season to taste.

6. Eat.
