White Chocolate Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
1 cup of non-fat milk1 pkg. of jello instant sugar free white choclate pudding mix3 cups of Fat Free Cool Whip (one container).75 cup of dice strawberries
Dump the pudding mix in a bowl, add the milk and stir until thick about 2 minutes.
Add Strawberries and whip cream and stir until well combined. You can add some red food coloring to give it a nice pink hue.
refrigerate or freeze. If you freeze it, let it sit out at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
