Gourmet Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
1 whole egg*2 Egg whites1/2 Mushroom1 tbsp skim milk1 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese1 tsp crushed Rosemary1 tsp ground Thyme1tsp Garlic powderSalt/pepper to tasteAll herbs can be altered to taste - egg whites have very little taste, so the taste of your herbs will be very prominent.*Recipe can be made with just egg whites, of course, but I don't have a diet that requires me to keep my cholesterol down, so I wanted the taste of one yolk in there. Would be delicious either way. :)
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, then scramble until desired consistency. Makes 1 serving.
