sweet onion tomato salad

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoesWhite Wine Vinegar, 2 tbspExtra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbspVidalia or sweet Onions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedFeta Cheese, 2 oz (optional)
Directions
Cut tomatoes in quarters or halves depending on the size. dice onion. add vinegar and oil. refrigerate for at least 15 min, to allow vinegar to set in.

Serve and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
