* Okra, 15 pods (3" long) (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove) * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)mustard seed - 1 thingturmericred chilli powdergarlic - 3 clovesgreen chillie
Directions
temper mustard, cumin, hing, chillies, garlic in hot oil
stir in veggies, add spices ,salt, lemon juice
cover and cook till done
