Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup oats3/4 cup egg whites3/4 cup cottage cheese fat free2 tbs molasses1/4 tsp ginger, ground1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter on griddle 1/4 a pancake.
Makes 6, 1/4 pancakes.
