Crustless No-Dairy Pumpkin Pie

12 oz. firm tofu, drained2 cups cooked pumpkin2/3 cup honey2 T molasses1 t. vanilla1 t. cinnamon1/4 t. nutmeg1/2 t. ginger1/2 t. salt
Directions
Process in blender until smooth. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray) for 1 hour at 350.
