Slow Cooker Chili - Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
1 yellow chopped onion4 garlic cloves minced2 bell peppers chopped (I used red and green)1.5 lbs ground beef (I used 93% lean)28 oz pinto beans, canned, drained14 oz of canned, diced tomatoes, drained4 oz green chilies, canned, chopped, drained2 tsp ground cumin1 tbs dried oregano 1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt substitute1 C beef broth (or chicken broth)Grated cheese for garnish
Directions
Made about 6 1-Cup servings though could be a little less

sautee onions, bell peppers and garlic until soft

brown beef, drain off grease

add all to crock pot, stir, cover and cook

low 6-8 hrs or high 3-4
